GP/LP Investment. Acquisition / Developed. Built to suit school for the state of California located in Normal Heights. Minority position on the team. Lead acquisitions, & lease negotiations. Supported entitlements, project management, and day to day activities. In 2018 the school opened and moved in. Still a partner in the building.

Sourced award winning craft brewer / operator. Acquired 15,000 SF building in the heart of North Park. Opened in 2018. Packaged the opportunity & lead the marketing to find the right fit for an investor / Landlord to step in and own. Rolled in capital to the overall project.

Acquired 3 parcels in up & coming Little Italy. Designed restaurant concepts along with renowned Architect Graham Downes. Sold the opportunity to a third party who went and implemented the designs with their own food concepts- but similar layouts to original design.

Initially hired as retail broker, then got brought on for development services. Designed the concept, schematic design, oversaw entitlements (including a NUP through CCDC for 47 license & entertainment permit), then went back out as retail brokers and found the existing operator and facilitated the ground lease.

Sourced existing restaurant / bar opportunity off market. Worked directly with the Landlord & brought the opportunity to client/operator. Was operator's first craft cocktail bar in San Diego. Operator went on to be the top notch award winning cocktail bar operator in San Diego.

Acquired 190 newly constructed apartment units with 10,000 SF of commercial on behalf of developer. Developer then converted the apartments into Condos. Sold the commercial condos.
