He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Administration from Fermanian School of Business. After graduation he started working on single family residential value adds where he successfully completed a number of projects. In 2015 Chris joined a mixed-use development team where he managed acquisitions- targeting cash flowing assets in up and coming neighborhoods of San Diego where municipal code updates were taking place. In 2016 Chris & Danny Co-Founded ENDEAVOR, a boutique commercial brokerage firm specializing in fulfilling clients commercial real estate goals. Danny Fitzgerald is a licensed California real estate professional. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Diplomatic History in 2002. Danny was instrumental in the renaissance of Downtown, Little Italy, and Uptown San Diego while working for 10+ years as a top producer at a national retail brokerage firm. He specialized in working with sophisticated Landowners & Tenants to open the hottest high quality food & beverage operations, while representing the up and coming class of architect/developers to acquire some of their first infill development sites.
