Representation of tenant, Wal-Mart, for a 10 year, 20,000 sqft lease of the TR Produce warehouse between 2008-2014. Subsequently, in 2013-2014 represented the landlord, for a  new lease with Underground Elephant, a creative design/marketing firm.

Representation of the architect/developer  in 2012 for the purchase of 35,000 sqft of land in the Banker’s Hill neighborhood of San Diego. Facilitated the highest and best development yield studies for a residential condominium tower and sale disposition of the three separate assets in 2013.

Representation of the buyer for the  acquisition of the partially converted Historic Valley Bank and Medical Office Building into a 160 key Hilton Garden Inn.  The transaction included Historic and New Market Tax Credits and other government subsidies.
