Representation of the architect/developer for the acquisition of a 20,000 sqft parcel occupied by an multi-tenant office building now being developed into a 50 unit loft apartment building.  Ongoing consulting serviced are being provided to the developer for the street retail portion of the project into a neighborhood/ community café amenity.

2011-2013

Representation of the architect/developer in 2012 for the purchase of 35,000 sqft of land in the Banker’s Hill neighborhood of San Diego. Facilitated the highest and best development yield studies for a residential condominium tower and sale disposition of the three separate assets for over $6 million in 2013.

2010-2012

Representation of the seller for the disposition and the buyer for the acquisition. The property was a 10,000 sqft lot with historical homes located on it. The type 1 project developed the land into 28 live/work units, a penthouse, and 5,000 sqft of restaurant/retail space.

Representation of the buyer for the purchase of the 190 unit apartment to condo conversion. Facilitated sale of the retail condominiums to a private investment group in 2007. Represented the landlord in 2015 in renewing a 10 year lease with 7-Eleven.

2007-2009, 2014

Representation of the seller and the buyer in the sale of 30,000 sqft of land that was developed into 21 row home units and 5,000 sqft of commercial retail space. Represented the developer in leasing out the commercial space in 2014.
